Pick Cloud Price Increase Effective April 1, 2023

Dear Valued Customer,

We’re writing to inform you that due to the impending price increase announced by Rocket Software that takes effect April 1, 2023, we will have to increase our prices as well on licenses/maintenance effective April 1, 2023.

jBASE, UniVerse, and UniData will incur an 8.5% increase on all software maintenance agreements. At this time, there has been no announcement of an increase in these product licenses.

OpenQM  products are affected by a 20% price increase on both licensing and software maintenance agreements. This includes our OpenQM DBaaS offering.

We completely understand that a price increase is never ideal, and we work to avoid one whenever we can.

Because the increase goes into effect on April 1, 2023, all orders and maintenance agreements that are entered into before that date are made before then and will be honored at the then-current rate. The increase will take effect next year.
